Okay, so I got a ton of requests to do this. So here it is.

The Japanese Smash DLC Ballot goes into a lot more depth than the American one. Because of this, there has been a lot of confusion and misinformation going around. ※募集期限は2015年10月3日までです。
Please note: There is a possibility that your vote may be made public to the Internet.
The poll ends October 3rd, 2015.

“Your Name” should actually be “Your Nickname”.  Taken from the Direct, which looks a little different from the actual page.
