I found a Japanese gaming news site that Polygon interviewing with ARMS’ producer Yabuki regarding to any possibilities for anybody from ARMS to join Smash Switch. Although he couldn’t answer it, he replied that it may be difficult since the game is still a year old, and it won’t be odd that ARMS may not join Smash, like how Splatoon’s Inklings didn’t join Smash for 3DS/Wii U.
